The room is available from the 1st of December for 4 months.This great apartment is right in the centre of Brussels on Blvd. Anspach. Its down at the quieter end of the Blvd away from the tourists at the Bourse but still close to absolutely everything you could possibly want - restaurants bars music venues cinemas art galleries supermarkets clothes recordshops book shops. You can actually see the top of the Grand Place from the terrace. A really interesting neighbourhood. Its a two bedroom place on the fourth floor with a big balcony at the back. Recently refurbished in a very modern style nice furniture wood floors white walls high ceilings big windows that get lots of sunlight all day and great views onto the street below. The main living area is divided by the kitchenette into a living room and a dining area. It comes fully furnished with a washing machine dishwasher TV full-sized oven microwave toaster wi-fi etc. No need to buy anything. There is a separate toilet and bathroom with shower. An elevator takes you up. Very few neighbours who are all quiet. Locked storage in the basement. The bedroom that is available has a double bed wardrobe and bookshelf and two floor-to-ceiling windows. Transport is really good here. Annessens tram stop is just outside as is a major bus stop. There is also a Villo (free bike) stop directly outside the apt. I work near the EU area and it takes me 15 minutes to get from door to door in the morning going to work. Costs are €490 rent a month plus €30 utilities for each person. Gas/Electricity/Internet/TV are not included in that price. Im a 30 year old Irishman recently moved to Brussels for a new job. Im easy-going clean and respectful so hopefully you are too! I speak some French but I wont subject you to my attempts at writing it here. I also speak ok Spanish.
